World Championship of Online Poker, popularly identified as WCOOP, has returned with 12 championship events. These will be on top of the regular schedule that will look to test the skills of players. The championship events begin on September 04, 2022, and end on September 25, 2022. The minimum guarantee is $50,000, and the maximum guarantee is $6 million based on the championship that is played.
The championship will kickstart on September 04, 2022, at 1:30 pm with the $5,200 NLHE PKO Championship. Last year experienced them in three versions with different winners. Patrick Leonard took home $121,328 while spaise411 and Talat Shakerchi pocketed $149,837 and $124,688, respectively.
The prize pool was fixed at $735k, $800k, and $580k for the three events. Just like online poker, players can play online video poker games to try their luck and win amount.
September 07, 2022, will ignite the $1,050 HORSE Championship simultaneously with a guarantee of $100,000. Two events happened in the previous year’s version, out of which one was topped by _sennj_ with $25,970 and Naoya Kihara ranked another with $37,000.
Often known as the ultimate test for an all-rounder, HORSE tournaments bring a lot to the table for players to consider before winning.
The third event will be the $1,050 Badugi Championship with a guarantee of $50,000. It has been scheduled for September 08, 2022, at 1:30 pm. Camilancefieldg won the event last year with $18,632 from the share of the prize pool. It is a lowball game that remains everyone’s favorite.
The $1,050 Badugi Championship is the preferred choice for those in the learning stage.
September 11, 2022, will host the $5,200 NLHE 6-Max Championship. It will start at 1:40 pm and expose players to a much tougher poker arena. The previous year was led by Simon Higgins, who won $127,847 in the $5,200 NLHE 6-Max High Roller.
Almost 107 entries were received for a prize pool of $535,000, out of which only a few could turn on their A Game.

All the championship events have had their fair share of versions in the previous year, with a sure shot of improvement and more excitement in the current year. Every day will have one championship except for September 25, 2022, which will have $10,300 NLHE Main Event / Championship at 1:30 pm and $10,300 PLO Main Event / Championship at 4:05 pm.
