GeoComply Solutions initiates an understanding with FansUnite Entertainment

GeoComply Solutions has entered into an agreement with FansUnite Entertainment and Hero Group, pursuant to which FansUnite will transfer the released and remaining shares of FansUS to Hero Group.

FansUS is the owner and also runs the Betting Hero operations. The price of the total number of shares stands at $37.5 million. 

On the closure of the entire shifting of funds, Hero Group will hand over 60% of the reins to the co-founders of Betting Hero, Jai Maw and Jeremy Jakary, with 40% going to GeoComply. In this scenario, GeoComply’s investment amount pertaining to Hero Group will be responsible for backing the co-founders of Betting Hero in running the company as well as advancing the overall business of the company. 

Anna Sainsbury, GeoMaw, and Jacary, the CEO of GeoComply, are known to have taken the company to its very heights through sheer dedication and focus. She believes that this aligns perfectly with their own business principles. Through the investment amount, Betting Hero will also get a fresh lease of life.  

Betting Hero has been active for the past six years, running its operations in over twenty certified jurisdictions. Its activation operations have been responsible for roping in more than 500,000 new users to the online sportsbook and igaming space from their previous visits to casinos. GeoComply and Betting Hero will collaborate to develop practical services that ensure the seamless operation of online sportsbooks and iGaming.

GeoComply heads the list of geolocation compliance, anti-cheating, and identification technology businesses and has been well connected with the prime online gaming businesses as well as the regulators in the field for a long time now.
